Exhibitors must fill out the registration online and agree to all terms and conditions below. Payment must be made to reserve booth space. Deadline for payment is Friday, March 7, 2025.

Each 10’ x 10’ Booth includes pipe & drape and access to electricity. One 6’ table per booth may be available upon request.

EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This application, and its terms and conditions, serve as a Contract Agreement between the EXHIBITOR and The Greater Centralia Chamber of Commerce [CHAMBER].

  • Exhibitors must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Chamber and the facility owner Ipanema Management / Fairview Park Plaza

  • Exhibitors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • Indoor booth space is 10’ x 10’.

  • Outdoor booth space is available for oversized equipment and displays. (There is a garage door for some vehicles and large equipment to be displayed indoors.)

  • Subletting or sharing exhibitor space is NOT allowed.

  • Advance shipments from exhibitors is NOT allowed.

  • Nothing shall be posted, tacked, nailed, taped, or otherwise affixed to walls, floors, or other parts of the facility.

  • No storage boxes or cartons may be visible in the booth area or stored in the aisle or exits during Expo hours. Aisle space may not be used for demonstrations, displays, signs, solicitations, or other promotional materials.

  • The Chamber reserves the right to accept or reject any application; to assign or reassign exhibitor space as deemed appropriate to the best interest of the show; and to control or prohibit any exhibit deemed not appropriate.

  • Set-up for large equipment will begin before Friday - by appointment. All other exhibitors will be able to set-up Friday after 12pm-6pm and Saturday between 8am-11am.

  • NEW HOURS: All booths must be staffed during Expo hours. (Saturday 11am-5pm. and Sunday 11am-3pm.)

  • Displays may be dismantled after the official closing time at 3:00pm on Sunday. No displays are to remain set-up after 5:00pm on Sunday.

  • All free food or beverage dispensed by an exhibitor must be sample size only: bite-sized or 2 fluid oz.

  • The Chamber shall have sole authority to interpret and enforce terms and conditions; and to make any amendments as necessary for the orderly conduct of the Expo.

  • All merchandise that is on the Expo premises is at the Exhibitor’s reparability and risk. Exhibitors must carry off-premises general liability insurance to cover any damage, theft, or vandalism to merchandise and/or equipment. A certificate of this coverage should be provided to the Chamber.

  • Exhibitor agrees to be solely responsible for any claims arising out of the negligence of its own officers, agents, and employees and to indemnify and name harmless the Chamber from any such claim or claims. The exhibitor also agrees to provide its own general liability insurance coverage and to provide in addition thereto workers’ compensation, vehicle premises, and products liability for the Expo.

  • By registering online and paying registration, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to the indemnification clause above and to the “Terms and Conditions” as written.
